Translated Driver Session page and other content into Portuguese

Description

This PR translates the Driver Session page and a few pages of content into Portuguese, ensuring that Portuguese-speaking users can access the documentation in their preferred language.

Motivation and Context

Currently, the Driver Session page is not available in Portuguese. This translation helps expand accessibility and inclusivity for a broader audience.

Types of changes

• [ ] Change to the site (I have double-checked the Netlify deployment, and my changes look good)
• [ ] Code example added (and I also added the example to all translated languages)
• [x] Improved translation
• [ ] Added new translation (and I also added a notice to each document missing translation)
