[🐛 Bug]: Starting from 4.19.0, the grid ui (console) requires a forward slash to load
What happened?
Open localhost:4444/ui
Requires localhost:4444/ui/ to load UI which is a breaking change from previous releases.
How can we reproduce the issue?
Deploy a distributed grid like:
# To execute this docker-compose yml file use `docker-compose -f docker-compose-v3-full-grid.yml up`
# Add the `-d` flag at the end for detached execution
# To stop the execution, hit Ctrl+C, and then `docker-compose -f docker-compose-v3-full-grid.yml down`

most users usually access localhost:4444, it can redirect to ui In your case, lets open chrome dev tool, then access localhost:4444/ui, when the page is blank, is there any error in console or 404 request in network tab
Update: /ui was changed to /ui/ in part of changes in JS stack 4.19.0 https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/commit/bbd59478af06ea060dac342e406434c54056eba3#diff-360388c710d883e15e1f0e7cd8b95c2fe6671d1d51ffcbe961bac0d07b56168aR53-R55
