Motivation and Context

Without this, mypy in strict mode gives:

Module "selenium.webdriver.support.ui" does not explicitly export attribute "Select"  [attr-defined]

when following the documentation at https://selenium-python.readthedocs.io/navigating.html#filling-in-forms.
