Add Java tests for JWP

Feature and motivation

I don't think we have sufficient integration tests around our JWP implementation support.

As we are looking to remove makew3csafe() I want to make sure the handshake still works as expected.

Adding this to track for 4.4 release since I'm not sure we'll be able to actually remove that method for this release.
