"Run all tests in suite" using Ctrl+Shift+R doesn't work

When trying to launch "Run all tests in suite" using Ctrl+Shift+R it doesn't work.

CTRL + R works and runs the current test, but it would be very useful to have the full suite run without having to use the mouse.

@therealianc - Ah, sorry. I'm not really doing fixes in v3. I think it's just existing for as long as manifest v2 is still allowed.
