FYI, your documentation correctly identifies Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\TabProcGrowth
but if you are running the node as a Windows service (which is unsupported, I know)
the correct key is HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\TabProcGrowth

P.S. You have a typo ("HEKY"): https://code.google.com/p/selenium/source/browse/cpp/iedriver/BrowserFactory.h#45
