Enhance documentation about the firefoxdriver xpi build process

It would be great if you give some pointers how to build the firefoxdriver.
In this [0] document you point to the MDN. 

With their explanation it should be enough to create a new profile, create a file in
/extension that points to the local source, do some changes in the prefs.js and thats
it.

But somehow after starting the ff with this "extension link" the webdriver plugin isn't
started.

It would be great if you enhance those points here [0].
