Fix translation code for new googletrans(>=4.0.0rc1)

The googletrans(<4.0) doesn't work now correctly but new pre-release one(4.0.0rc1) can work.

But the potranslator needs to change translator.translate(...) code itself because of their API changed.

I see no update on this repository now, but I save it for the record.
