Inconsistencies on Twitter downloads

When twitter post has images and links to images there have been inconsistencies on what downloads and what doesn't.

Also when downloading tweet https://twitter.com/UZZU_like/status/973576809785815040 via DMing the bot i only got 3 of the linked images and none of the images in tweet itself. https://pastebin.com/kNXrALUW

Here's another new example of inconsistency with twitter links. This particular case isn't problem for me personally because message formatting on this server requires me to get the images manually anyways. But there might be something here worth looking at.

So I post one message with two twitter links without embed, first link has 4 image links (tistory in this case) and second has two. Bot downloads just five tistory links from tweets (duplicates in log above because I have already posted them directly to Discord due to tistory links rarely embedding inside Discord) and it fails to download the Twitter images from first tweet. Second tweet's Twitter images download fine.
