Account "Reading History": allow user to clear all or individual history items

The website should improve privacy-management by allowing the user to clear (at least) the entire "Reading History" — and preferably also individual history items instead.

Possibly add a broom or trash icon to the left of the language icon on the History page with a tool tip displaying "Clear History". In addition, a "Privacy" heading could be added to the account configuration page with options for clearing the history.
