[Function add] Convert page into PDF

Overview: We need to a new function for Wiki platform

• Add a button at each page that automatically downloads the current page and converts it to PDF reference: https://www.npmjs.com/package/docusaurus-plugin-papersaurus?activeTab=readme

• We need the links in the PDF be functional.
• We need the images in the PDF should not be splited.
