Document and provide examples using the native CANbus controller
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to use the native CANbus controller of the XIAO RA4M1 board, however, this is not documented in the wiki. No examples are provided either.
Describe the solution you'd like I would like a documentation showing how to connect the RA4M1 directly to a CANbus transceiver, such as the SN65HVD230, and send and receive information using a well documented library.
Describe alternatives you've considered I've considered using the expansion board, but there is no point in buying a super miniaturized board like the XIAO, and then double it's size by attaching an expansion board. If size was not a problem, we could just get a board that is bigger and has a well-documented CANbus.
Additional context I have already contacted [email protected]. They were apologetic, but mostly unhelpful with the issue, saying that only the expansion board is supported. It is therefore pointless to sell and advertise the RA4M1 as having CANbus functionality. If it was to use an external controller + transceiver over SPI, then any board can do that.
