add another symbol keyboard

I tried to enter my wifi password and noticed i couldn't as the keyboard didn't have the missing symbols! I've added the symbols i could find from a standard QWERTY keyboard that were missing (^, |, ~, `), but there's an entire page there, so we could add more!

Note: I've only encountered this project today, so if my removal of the user page or something has messed something up, lmk and i'll redo this!
