[Feature-Request] Allow emoji in tab title

I like this plugin very and it will be better if we can use emoji in tab title. The problem is after restart PHPStorm, the emoji is disappeared.

I am in no way an expert when it comes to emojis, but in my understanding they became part of the used font - so switching fonts will also alter the appearance of the emojis.

Furthermore, emoijs have two main kinds of representation: an emoji representation and a text representation. How the emoji is presentet in the tab title is actually out of my control. 😞

...but I quite like some of the emoji text representations to be used as a default in the tab title pattern (instead of only << or >>). Any suggestions?
