Table Editor no longer available

Hi after updated CSV Editor to 3.0.3-233 the table editor tab is no longer available, is a painful when dealing with a long list of data. Please assist 2023-02-16_15h24_30

Same here, it does not work after an update. I reinstalled the plugin but nothing...

Build #PC-223.8617.48 (2022.3.2)

Did you check the the file type association, or the editor usage? If none of this works, please provide further details like used IDE & version.

EDIT: Additionally, the table editor is not used for huge files. This depends on the IDEs registry entries idea.max.intellisense.filesize and idea.max.content.load.filesize - see also https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23057988/file-size-exceeds-configured-limit-2560000-code-insight-features-not-availabl However, this is not new or exclusive to the latest version of this plugin.
