Support configuration import/export

Please update this plugin so that its code style configuration can be exported as part of either EditorConfig or IntelliJ XML outputs by IntelliJ. This will allow my team to share configurations for CSV files without manual configuration steps.

It looks like the only supported property currently is ij_csv_wrap_long_lines; it would be great to have the rest of them.

Quick update - I found there was a way to export the CSV-specific settings as part of the XML (still not sure exactly what I did, but it's there now), so that's working as expected. The EditorConfig piece still appears to be missing as far as I am able to determine.
