Is it possible to load a MusicXML to Lessons -> Play Scores?

Hello.

I want to play guitar with "Lessons -> Play Scores" with my own .mxl file created by MusuScore4. But currently Load button of "Lessons -> Play Scores" only accept .nel file. Is it possible to load .mxl file or create .nel file to play guitar with? Please teach me how to create custom .nel file.
