FIX: Disable logstash on heavynodes

Logstash is not needed on heavynodes, it can be disabled by default. The manager and search pipelines should also be removed.

If a user wants to run Logstash on the heavynode, it can be enabled in the Grid Configuration UI and custom pipelines need to be defined.
