I suggest allowing apps to define a CSS custom property (`--materia-accent-color`) that will be used by the Materia theme and default to the blue.
This mod is becoming too much, these things should be in a separate mod. I want to disable reporting, that's it.
What would be better is making a library to embed it in GTK to allow others to make shells for it. CSS is not enough, there is also the layout.
