[Bug] slide "Motion Detection" to off in HA, it comes back on its own a second later Pan V2 (HL_PAN2) camera only

Describe the bug i have 3 wyze cams, 2 Wyze v2 and 1 Pan V2, all in HA. when i slide the "Motion Detection" to off on the Pan V2, a second later it will turn back on all by itself. it is still off in the wyze app. i tested this same behavior on my other 2 Wyze V2 cams and they stay off when slid to off

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Wyze Pan2 camera in HA and slide the motion detection to off
2. wait a second and watch it turn back on by itself

Expected behavior for it stay off
