c-u not supported

Is it an oversight that c-u (command-prefix) isn't supported?

That's a nearly 40-year-old finger habit I find hard to break.

Any idea if it's even possible to implement?

I just started using this extension a few days ago and quickly noticed this functionality missing as well. It would definitely be nice to have.
