Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'canvas' of null

Hi,

I'm having a issue including pixi.dom.js in my build, for some reason when I include it I get this error, below. I attached a screenshot of my console along to the line in the script which is causing it, please let me know?.

I'm using the latest version of PixiJS v4

"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'canvas' of null"
