Release on F-Droid
Once the app will be released to Play Store, I'll see what I can do, but my usual approach with F-Droid is "if I don't have to change anything then sure, else no"

It's been months since you published your app on the Google Play Store. So... What is your intention now?
Slightly off topic, but besides F-Droid, IzzyOnDroid or OpenAPK are also worth considering, I think.
@SebaUbuntu to get your app listed on OpenAPK, please release a properly signed version of your app. OpenAPK can not publish apps with signed with debug certificates !
