add support to install this repo as a package

image by adding a json file and a matching meta for the json file, support is added to install this tool as a package through UPM in unity by using the github link and a subdirectory.

also updated readme with instructions

note that no files other than the Readme have been changed, only added. this does not in any way break existing files and functionality.

updated this to work with latest version of master after the project restructure

Before this PR is merged in, i can update the Readme instructions to point to the original repo instead. and remove some of the info about the fork.
