[Annoying bug] Flipped bus will snap to grid with some offset

Description

When moved and snapped again, a flipped bus (flipped from its initial side when placed) of any size will snap to the grid with a slight horizontal offset.

Steps to reproduce

1. Press Ctrl+G to enter grid snapping mode (or hold Ctrl while moving any items mentioned in these steps).
2. Place a bus of any size.
3. Move one of them to align vertically with another. They will align perfectly.
4. Flip one of them, and they will still align perfectly.
5. Move the flipped one somewhere else, then back to the same position.
6. It will no longer align vertically with its pair and other chips.
