[BUG] Zooming in circuit and scrolling starred bar at the same time

If you put your cursor at the very bottom of the screen, and scroll, if enough items are in the starred menu bar, it will zoom in the main screen, and scroll the bar. If the cursor is just a little bit above the bottom, only the bar gets scrolled.
