non alpha numeric input support

yes i know there is a key input thing but what if you could press any key on your keyboard and it outputted a number, in 8 bits also it outputs the 5 keys you pressed so that it can also maybe know if you are pressing multiple which could help with keyboard shortcuts or moving diagonal in games
