[Feature Request] Turning and Changing Sizes

I think a cool addition, also for wiring would be to be able to rotate the custom chips and also change their sizes

i made a request yesterday but, yeah i think thats a cool idea. but i dont think you should be able to change your chip sizes

However, i added into the request to be able to expand the build area to make bigger, more powerful chips. but yeah, i agree
