[Feature Request] Single LED indicator

A built in "LED" would be handy for checking outputs. Currently you can create dummy output pins or connections to inspect output states but having a component dedicated to this would be nice.

It should have a single input and look like a large-ish circle, where the circle reflects the input state.

It would nicely complement the 7-segment display.
