I mean to explain that the text placed in d/changelog is slightly different, with [Author Name] placed in front of each list of changes. Check out the output from 'gbp dch' compared to the output generated by the current code.

Which happens when we make clean, as in debian/rules clean, for some reason. I can no longer build debs in pbuilder with this branch.

As far as I can tell, it will keep the d/changelog untouched if it find the version number it inserted earlier.
