Gap between Business and Technical queries

The ratings set should be improved in order to provide two different "query" levels with a corresponding correlation between them. The goal is to have the same concept at different levels (business and technical), which usually are very different. In this way the UI / Report could show a given "query perspective" depending on who is the reading user.
