Doors sound modification

• Door closing sound now starts when door starts moving to close as it is for door opening sound which starts when door starts moving to open.
• Add a sliding door closing sound. Sliding door opening sound was made for EC145 helicopter.
• Add rotating door opening and closing sounds. Can be checked with S-64 helicopter.
• I checked all helicopters and sometimes adapted rescue_door_new anim_rate in order match to sound duration.
• I added a canopy to YF-22 airplane. Actually, SAR_OBJ_PART_TYPE_CANOPY is treated as a rescue door, which can be an issue because it is possible to fly at very high speed with an opened canopy. I think that it is okay for now, especially because sar2 is more a SAR helicopter simulator than a SAR airplane simulator, and I let YF-22 canopy closed by default at startup. Feel free to discard yf22.3d file of this pull request if you want.
