SAR2 build on Arch-Linux for RISC-V (riscv64)

I compiled it for RISC−V, it use the same PKGBUILD than for x86_64 (and updated it to supported architecture (tested with riscv64 and armv7h) https://popolon.org/depots/ArchLinuxRISC-V/

I don't know general purpose RISC-V 32 bits processor, they are only used in embedded as far I know. But there is at least one embedded RISC-V 64 bits.
