Add support for pipes added by bobs logistics

Mod trys to mix vanilla and modded pipes when I try it, also is there anything stopping you from just supporting all normal (1x1 sized, normally connecting moddes pipes?) just get the max underground distance from the pipes and use whatever type of pipe was selected.
