ACI Container Group Stopped

Usecase scenario

Want to know when a ACI container group has stopped. Started and restarted events would also be useful

this is the motivation for this request: https://markheath.net/post/serverless-containers-durable-workflows-5 That was almost two years ago, and I was hoping by now these events would be available. Currently you have to poll container groups to know if they have stopped.
