Scala sometimes cannot open SCL files

I think this is related to really long URLs at the top of the exported files.

Example:

• Generate 53 equal divisions of 2/1
• Export .scl file
• Open in Scala
• Open .scl in a text editor, remove the URL, and save it
• Open in Scala again
