we don't currently support partitioned billing exports, there is no reason that we can't, it is just something that we have not gotten to.

That is just the value from the from the `consumedservice` column of the CSV, It is inconsistent because Azure is inconsistent with its exporting

There are not too columns in the Cost Explorer. We could normalize it. Easiest would be all lower case

I don't have any insight on that as I have not tried to configure it that way and I am unsure who the original author is.

Closing this as some of the removed part are still necessary, can revisit removals later
