Outdated sequence diagrams

https://github.com/Seagate/cortx-s3server/tree/main/docs/sequencediagrams are outdated.

  • There were changes which added more motr calls in put object. Not sure about get.
  • There were also changes in both put/get which eliminated the need in sync_*() calls, so diagrams will be simplified.

Even https://github.com/Seagate/cortx-s3server/blob/main/docs/CORTX-S3OVERVIEW.rst is outdated

1)clovis / mero - > motr 2)cassandra needs to be removed 3)eos -> cortx

From text as well as images

Pls create one common PR for both these.
