Feature request: Last.FM integration

Feature summary I'm getting into physical media lately and I really like it for the most part. Only part I don't like is having to manually scrobble every track I listen to. I'd like to just set Mousai up in the background, point it to an audio device like normal, and have it scrobble my tracks for me.

How would you like it to work I'd like to log in to Last.FM on Mousai, set it to constantly scrobble in the background and have it just re-run the analysis every minute or so, only submitting a new scrobble if the track is significantly different. Basically if it detects as "ghosts n stuff" by deadmau5 and then a minute later as "ghosts n stuff (extended version)", don't scrobble again.

I'd also like a notification to appear whenever it detects a new track, but I'd also like this notification to be optional as many games on my computer crash when focus is lost (which happens whenever gnome gives me a notification). However if the notification is enabled I want to have a button to edit the detected data like on the web scrobbler firefox extension

Without scrobbling I'll be honest Mousai isn't that useful
