Widgets not visible on Wallpanel Fully Kiosk APP

The widgets are not visible on my Android Tablet.

When i open the vis on my Chrome Browser all works fine and is visible. But when i open it on the wallpanel app or the fully kiosk browser it doesnt show up. The space stays empty.

so z-index looks to be correct, right ?
