Theme changed to light after new IP

After my Raspberry received an new ip because i changed the DHCP settings in my network, the theme of my material design widgets changed to light mode and cannot be changed back to dark even though i set vis-materialdesign.0.colors.darkTheme TRUE

Any ideas?
