Some improvements for working with threads and time zones

1. I added init.py Maybe not so useful as setup.py but it's helping me
2. Unfortunately the Cryptsy is required the "nonce" parameter in all requests. It may make a lot of pain in cases when the threads or the time zones are used. For this reason I make some changes which was commited with message make lib "thread-safe"
