Creating an Edge App

Changes:

Update

• Changed app to use Washington Metro Area Transit Authority's API because it had more data to work with
• edge-apps/wmata-transit-status

To do:

• Find list of delay types and set them to different colors
• Create reademe and a list of stop to search through
• Find a good way to display alert descriptions, they can be rather long
