Update code to use Google Analytics API v4

Overview

  • Anthias currently uses an older version of the Google Analytics API so that device-specific data can be collected.
  • The data collected can give an overview of how big the fleet is, whether the devices are Balena-based or Debian-based.
  • We need to make sure that the API endpoints used are currently up-to-date.
