Publish API documentation on anthias.screenly.io

We already have a static website for Anthias (anthias.screenly.io). It would be handy if we could include the API documentation there too. We could just generate the Swagger file and then serve it as part of some swagger rendering framework.

In the long run we should probably move the website to some static website generation tool (like Jekyll).
