Overview of the Issue

Attempting to install anthias on rpi z 2w. Fresh image of bullseye 64bit.

Reproduction Steps

Steps to reproduce this issue, eg:

first boot, run the curl, it always seems to stall out on the installing docker section, I let it sit for a day, reboot it, and run the ./upgrade_containers.sh

can get it to run after tens of tries, but something if failing in that process too, as I can't ever get it to finish the install
