No splashscreen displayed on fresh install
After a fresh install from Raspberry PI Imager on a PI 4, stays on the splashscreen for several minutes, then shows a webpage with "Internal server error", then goes to a sort of "sleep screen" with "Screenly" dimly showed.

I tried to redo the install with a different SD card, same issue.
- Raspberry Pi Hardware Version: 4
- Raspberry Pi Network Setup: Ethernet
- Anthias Version: Latest on Raspberry Pi Imager
- SD Card: Integral 64GB Class 10 V30 UHS-3 A1.
Looks like the issue was caused by the lack of internet connectivity. The raspberry was connected to a switch that didn't have any dhcp on it. It would be nice to have a message that no IP was assigned instead of this issue
That's strange. In theory, this should cause the WiFi wizard to trigger.
@nicomiguelino one more edge case for you to try :)
I have a similar issue, but with the Pi3 image on wifi. There is no opportunity to configure wifi at all before hitting that error. Similarly, there is no option to configure mouse, keyboard, language, etc.
