Cannot eat food in some worlds.

Hello, on 0.3.0 there is no way to eat food on Multivers Survival Worlds, with 0.2.15 it works fine, you know about it?

0.3.0 snapshots are unsafe and there are lot of bugs, stay with 0.2.15 until 0.3.0 is finished or in testable state.
