[feature request] gif delay

A way to change the delay for gif files or giving them the same delay as other files :)

That and variable delay maybe?, I'm using this app as a mobile version of flip flip ( https://ififfy.github.io/flipflip/#/ ) Any other features that could be done from here would be cool too
