60 FPS interpolation

Describe the bug 60 FPS makes Scratch Projects, usually with velocity, go really quick.

To Reproduce Play a project that uses a lot of velocity.

Expected behaviour Act normal.

This is the expected behavior, although it might be possible to implement something like Turbowarp's interpolation.

Act normal.

You might be confused here. This is the normal behavior. You may want to suggest something like Turbowarp's interpolation, but keep in mind we have to intentionally make the velocity stay the same, not the other way.

Most scratches don't know about this, and don't put support for higher fps
